Giving Up Cigarettes

Can’t puff enough? Now is the perfect time to stop smoking. Studies reveal that smoking will aggravate the problem because it blocks the air passageway. Even if you’re only a secondary smoker and not primary then you also have to be careful. You might have the same experience.

Get the Right Sleep Position

The thing is, lateral sleeping will help you a lot instead of sleeping on your back because through this your airways are obstructed by your tongue. One good practice is to elevate your head 30 degrees higher and have some good, soft pillows.
