The sleep disorder known as insomnia is a very inconvenient condition that affects a lot of people. It is, in fact, the most common sleep disorder that occurs in people, even children. There are many reasons for this disorder; there are psychological causes for insomnia as well as physical and other causes. The psychological causes of insomnia are related to one another through a common factor that is stress. Stress is the pressure that one is exposed to in our daily lives. This pressure can come from work, personal life and the environment in general. Stress is an inevitable part of day to day life for every single one of us.
